In the last four years, the interplay between the postures, breath, and mindfulness practice grew more clear especially after her most recent journey with cancer. Radical surgery transformed her body and the sum of the experience drove the path inward for Angelica. She now feels called to facilitate this type of work for others by sharing her story, empowering them with these same tools, and meeting people exactly where they are in a loving and supportive way. These experiences inspired her to complete a Yoga Therapy program at the Niroga Institute in Berkeley so she can offer yoga as a complementary therapy for various physical and mental conditions.
Angelica is also a certified massage therapist. (Click Here)
