Ed Levinson first took yoga to complement his primary fitness passion of competitive cycling. The practice changed his life in ways he never imagined: Aside from the cross training benefits to cycling, yoga catapulted his athletic abilities new levels. He became more focused at work, his sleep quality improved, productivity increased, and he felt an improved, calmer state of mind. He decided to share the benefits he experienced with others and pursued teaching styles including Baptiste, Iyengar and Ashtanga.

Ed now teaches yoga that is appropriate for all levels. He blends styles by combining disciplines from Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Baptiste Power. He loves to work with beginners and he’ll also challenge those with more advanced practices. His yoga styles range from gentle flowing poses that restore, renew, reset and de-stress to more vigorous and heat building styles that build core strength and flexibility. He emphasizes linking breath to movement in order to enrich the postures and gain the maximum benefit. You will experience, as Ed has, that yoga has tremendous benefits to your other favorite physical activities such as running, cycling, weight lifting, golfing, swimming and anything else you can imagine.
