Greg has been training in Marin for nearly 20 years. Specializing in body mechanics, and utilizing hybrid techniques drawn from strength training, power lifting, yoga, Pilates and body building, Greg continues to bring new levels of success to everyone from trained athletes to those just starting out. With a competitive background in a multitude of sports, anatomy arts, and bodywork Greg Is not only qualified but also has been certified by several leading boards including ACE and Nautilus as well as being a member of the Nation Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
